Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Stayahead. By accessing or using our service at stayahead.work, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Stayahead

Stayahead is an AI-powered career intelligence tool operated by Raunak Gulati. The service generates a personalised AI displacement risk score and upskill roadmap based on information you provide about your role and experience.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Stayahead you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read and understood these terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

3. Description of Service

Stayahead provides:

• A free AI displacement risk score based on your job title, industry, experience, and daily tasks
• A paid full report including task-by-task breakdown, a personalised AI tool stack, pivot role suggestions, protective strengths, and a 4-week upskill roadmap

The free score is available to all users. The full report requires a one-time payment.

4. Important Disclaimers

4.1 Informational purposes only

The risk scores, assessments, course recommendations, and career suggestions provided by Stayahead are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not professional career advice, financial advice, or employment guidance.

4.2 Directional estimates, not guarantees

All risk scores are directional estimates based on current AI research, industry data, and publicly available reports. They are not precise measurements and are not a guarantee of any employment outcome. Your actual job security depends on many factors beyond the scope of this tool.

4.3 No employment guarantee

Stayahead makes no representation or warranty that completing the recommended courses or following the suggested roadmap will result in any specific career outcome, salary increase, job retention, or protection from redundancy.

4.4 AI-generated content

Your report is generated using AI models. While we work to ensure accuracy and relevance, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, outdated information, or suggestions that are not relevant to your specific situation. You should exercise your own judgment when acting on any recommendations.

5. User Responsibilities

When using Stayahead you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in the assessment form to the best of your ability
• Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service or its outputs at scale
• Not misrepresent Stayahead’s outputs as official career or employment advice

6. Payments

The full report is available for a one-time payment. All payments are processed by Dodo Payments. By making a payment you agree to Dodo Payments’ terms of service.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, email raunak.gulati@stayahead.work with your order details within 24 hours of your purchase. We will process your refund within one business day.

Refund requests received after 24 hours of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials on Stayahead are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The personalised report generated for you is for your personal use only. You may not resell or redistribute your report.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stayahead and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Stayahead shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Stayahead after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
