Stayahead is an AI-powered career intelligence tool that helps mid-career professionals understand their AI displacement risk and provides personalised upskill roadmaps. We are operated by Raunak Gulati, contactable at raunak.gulati@stayahead.work.

2.1 Information you provide directly

• Job title, industry, and years of experience, entered in the assessment form
• Daily task selections, the chips you select describing your work
• AI tools you currently use, selected in the personalisation step
• Your biggest concern about AI, selected in the personalisation step
• Name and email address, collected by Dodo Payments when you make a purchase

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Pages visited, time spent, and interactions on our website, via Google Analytics 4
• Session recordings and heatmaps, via Microsoft Clarity
• IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
• Referring website or source that brought you to Stayahead

2.3 Payment information

We do not collect or store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Dodo Payments, our third-party payment processor. Please refer to Dodo Payments’ privacy policy for information on how they handle your payment data.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To generate your personalised AI displacement risk report and upskill roadmap
• To improve the accuracy and relevance of our AI assessment model
• To understand how users interact with our product and improve the experience
• To process your payment and deliver your purchased report
• To respond to your support or refund requests
• To send you product updates if you have opted in

We do not use your information for advertising purposes. We do not sell your data to any third party.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your data only with the following third-party services, strictly for the purposes of operating our product:

• Dodo Payments, to process your payment. They receive your name, email, and payment details.
• Google Analytics, to understand website usage patterns. Data is anonymised and aggregated.
• Microsoft Clarity, to record sessions and heatmaps for UX improvement. No personally identifiable information is shared.
• Google Gemini API, your job profile inputs are sent to Google’s AI model to generate your report. Please refer to Google’s privacy policy for how they handle API data.

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate our website and analytics tools. The cookies we use are:

• Analytics cookies, set by Google Analytics to track page visits and user behaviour
• Session cookies, set by Microsoft Clarity for session recording

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some parts of our website.

6. Data Retention

We retain your assessment inputs (job title, industry, tasks, etc.) for up to 12 months to improve our model. Payment records are retained as required by applicable law. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing raunak.gulati@stayahead.work.

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to our processing of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. Your data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment data is handled entirely by Dodo Payments and never passes through our servers.

Stayahead is intended for working professionals and is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
