At Stayahead we want you to feel completely confident before you pay. If your full report is not what you expected, we will give you your money back.

We offer a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, no questions asked.

If for any reason your full report does not meet your expectations, simply email us within 24 hours of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain why. You do not need to jump through hoops. We will process your refund within one business day.

How to Request a Refund

• Include your order ID or the email address used at checkout
• We will confirm your refund within a few hours and process it within one business day

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

After 24 Hours

Refund requests received more than 24 hours after purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We are a small team and we care about getting this right. If you have a genuine issue with your report, reach out and we will do our best to help.
